Local non-profit organizations have the opportunity to partner with Levy, and operate a designated concession stand on event days and share in the profits generated during the event. The requirements are simple and the commitment is worthwhile.
Important Information
Contributions
Earn commissions on net sales from the location worked
A minimum donation is guaranteed
Funds are for group causes only, and cannot be distributed to individual volunteers
Event Day
Responsibilities
Event days are typically 10 hours, starting 4 hours prior to event start.

(Stand and staff fully prepared for on time opening)
Quality food preparation
Responsiveness to guests’ wishes for food and beverage
Accurate inventory controls
Responsible alcohol service

($1 million coverage)

Training attendance by Group Lead

Requirements
Complete Levy’s On-Line Training
(Includes Orientation, Safety/Sanitation, and Responsible Alcohol Service)
Signed Health Reporting Agreement
Signed Individual Indemnity and Release
Attendance at required training
Mandatory Levy training of 4 hours for group leads and key team members.
Adherence to uniform and appearance standards
Compliance with standards of conduct
Must be at least 18 years old
