Your referral works the 6 or more NFL events = $250

* You must be a current and active Levy team member who refers someone. After the referred person is hired and works 4 (four) events, the referrer is entitled to a $250 bonus after verification and the fourth event has concluded. After the referred person is hired and works the reaming 6 (six) 49ers games, the referrer is entitled to a $200 bonus after verification and the tenth game has concluded. This form must be completed and returned to HR within 24 hours to be processed. The candidate’s application must identify the Team member who referred him/her. This program only applies to external candidates.  If a candidate has previously applied online or otherwise, no referral award would be paid.
(Temporary, contract and former Team members of Levy Restaurants are not eligible candidates/applicants for referral awards).
