Alvin Kabiling

Senior Executive Chef

Alvin joined the team in 2018 at Levi’s Stadium as the Executive Chef, overseeing the culinary department. As a part of the opening team of the Fremont Marriott hotel and Parcel 104 restaurant at the Santa Clara Marriott, Alvin brings over 25 years of experience working in both restaurants and large scale hotel catering. Alvin joined Levy Restaurants in 2014 as the Executive Sous Chef of Oracle Arena. During his tenure, he oversaw all culinary aspects in the premium areas, including; Suites, Clubs, Catering and led premium service for five championship seasons of The Golden State Warriors, including the NBA Finals and the Commissioners Party.

Alvin was born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam in the Western Pacific, and is a graduate from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. He credits his culinary range to the many great chefs he has worked with throughout his career at Marriott and Levy Restaurants. He learned early on that “if you take care of your team, they will take care of the guests”. That holds true to this day as he leads the culinary team at Levi’s Stadium.
