Henry Galvez embarked on his career with Levy in 2021, bringing with him an impressive 36 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He obtained his education from San Jose State University, California Culinary Academy, and Le Cordon Bleu before joining the Hilton Hotel Corporation/Doubletree, where he spent 11 years working in San Jose and San Francisco, as well as 3 years in San Antonio, Texas. During his tenure, Henry held various positions within the organization, including Executive Sous Chef for 2 years, followed by Executive Chef. Additionally, Henry supported several other venues, including the Shoreline Amphitheater, Oakland Coliseum, and Santa Clara Convention Center as a Supporting Manager.
Currently, as the Director of Purchasing/Supply Chain at Levy, Henry is thrilled to work at Levi's Stadium, a venue that holds a special place in his heart, as he grew up as a Niner fan and remains Faithful to the Bay!
Henry is a Bay Area native and has been married to his wife, Tammy, for 34 years. They have two sons, Gabe and Gavin. Despite his busy professional life, Henry remains actively involved in youth sports, having coached both of his sons in Tackle & Flag Football, Basketball, and Baseball.
