
John Heberden
Regional Manager- Northern CA
John joined the Levy team as Director of Operations at Levi’s Stadium in August 2018 and brought 20 years of experience in Stadium & Arena, sports and entertainment hospitality management. Since joining Levy, John was promoted to Sr. Director of Operations for the Bay Area upon the post-pandemic openings of Oakland Arena, Warfield Theater and Regency Ballroom in 2021. Upon the winning of the UC Berkeley contract in 2022, John was promoted to Regional Manager overseeing all Norther California accounts.
John began his career after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ca. State University, Chico as a bartender at Alpine Meadows Ski Area in Tahoe City, Ca. He progressed quickly into management the following year by putting his accounting degree to work as the Office Manager for the ski area food and beverage operator. By then he had found a love and gift for operations and quickly transitioned into the Asst GM position. John spent the next 12 years in locations with increasing levels of responsibility including returning to Alpine Meadows as the GM, then on to Bay Area roles at the San Jose Flea Market, Shoreline Amphitheater, Oracle Arena, Oakland Coliseum and the SAP Center in San Jose.
A native Californian, John was born in Los Angeles and grew up in San Diego County. He and his wife Juliet have lived in the Bay Area for 25 years and currently live in Morgan Hill.
