Jon Severson returns to Levy Restaurants as the Senior Executive Chef for Levi’s Stadium. Previously he served as Executive Chef at Century Link Field for the Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Sounders from 2006-2013. In 2010, Esquire Magazine voted CenturyLink Field #1 NFL Stadium for food variety.

Jon began his career with Levy Restaurants over 20 years ago while proudly working with James Beard award winning chef, Paul Bartolotta at Spiaggia from 1996-1997. He helped open the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado in 1999 and was promoted to Executive Chef in 2003. During his time at the Pepsi Center, his team hosted the 2001 NHL All-Star Game, the Stanley Cup Finals in 2001, and the 2005 NBA All-Star Game.
Jon attended Saint Louis University as well as continued education classes at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. Jon’s passion for creating great food as well as his ability to create a strong team of people to pull off large events is what sets Jon apart.
