Leslie Panion
Vice President of Hospitality & Strategy
Born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado, Leslie Panion’s enthusiasm for the hospitality industry started from her time in college. Attending Santa Clara University while earning a degree in Business Management, Leslie started her career as a banquet server for the university. Being exposed to a variety of events, her passion for the food and beverage industry grew, and, as a huge sports fan, the sports and entertainment sector beckoned her. After college, Leslie continued on as a catering manager for both Bon Appetit Management Company, Centerplate, and Levy Restaurants. This partnership eventually led her to opening one of the largest venues in the Bay Area – Levi’s Stadium, Home of the San Francisco 49ers.
Taking that leap has allowed her to be a part of some of the most exciting and memorable events. Bringing her experience of opening a 70,000-seat sports and entertainment venue, Leslie joined the opening team for Chase Center, Home of the Golden State Warriors, with Bon Appétit Management Company. As the Vice President of Hospitality, Leslie led a team of 1,200 employees at the award-winning Chase Center while curating the best food and beverage program for all fans.
After a short stint away from Compass Group, Leslie was thrilled to be given the opportunity to rejoin the Levy Team at Levi’s Stadium.
