Sabrina Mancebo

Director of Premium

Sabrina boasts over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, having transitioned to the sports and entertainment sector in 2014. She holds the distinction of being one of the original members of the staff team at Levi's Stadium, having joined during its inaugural season. Sabrina's career trajectory serves as an exemplar that persistence and hard work pays off. She began her tenure with the company as a Suite Attendant, and due to her exceptional abilities, was promoted to the Suite Admin position the following year. Her rapid advancement continued, and by her third season, she had risen to the esteemed position of Suite Manager.

In 2018, Sabrina joined the Levy family as a Senior Suite Manager, where her leadership and growth propelled her to the position of General Manager of Suites and Catering the following year. Despite the challenges presented by the pandemic, Sabrina remained dedicated to her craft, returning to Levi's Stadium as the General Manager of Premium. Over the course of her tenure, Sabrina has had the opportunity to travel and work at some of the most prestigious events, including the US Presidential Inauguration Ball in 2017, consistent support of the BNP Paribas Open - Indian Wells since 2019, opening Chase Center in San Francisco, the "Big Game" Stanford vs Cal Berkeley in Cal Berkeley, and Super Bowl LXII in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Sabrina's success and passion for her work are rooted in the culture of the organization and the people she works alongside. She is committed to creating an atmosphere of excellence, continuously encouraging her team to strive for greatness, “The West is Best.”

Sabrina is a Bay Area Native, born and raised in San Jose, and enjoys reading, camping, boating, and spending time with loved ones.
