
Toussaint Potter
Area Executive Chef
Toussaint P. Potter, has been the Northern California Area Chef since 2023. He oversees Levi Stadium, Oracle Arena, University of California, Berkeley. Chef T also assists with other Levy properties. Prior to his work for Levy, Chef T was the Executive Chef for Oracle Park in San Francisco from July 2010 to January 2023. Overseeing all the food served in the concessions, he is also responsible for events at the park from the Opera in the Park to community events. He has also served as Executive Chef for Candlestick Park and the Cow Palace. He was instrumental in the inaugural season for Levi Stadium serving as interim Executive Chef and worked the 2016 Super Bowl.
Prior to working for AT&T Park, Chef Potter was the Director of the International Culinary Program at the Art Institute of California/Sacramento. He was responsible for the development of the curriculum and programs for the growing culinary department. Chef Potter is a PhD candidate in Curriculum and Instruction at Capella University, holds a Masters in Education in Instructional Technology from American Intercontinental University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University. He also holds a Grand Diploma from LAVARENNE, ECOLE DE CUISINE PARIS, France.
Prior to his position with EDMC, Chef Potter was employed as the Head Culinary Instructor at San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton California and has served in various capacities as Executive Chef in restaurants throughout the world. He is a member American Culinary Federation, Inc, Chefs de Cuisine, International Food Service Executives Association, World’s Association of Chefs Societies and the Black Alliance of Chefs.
Chef Potter has served as guest chef on area television programs, worked with the Lodi Wine Commission on the Wine Pairing Dinners and is a Certified ServSafe Instructor.
